Cost Recovery Portal Log In
Purpose
The Cost Recovery Portal Log In page is where billable parties can register and log into the Cost Recover Management System (CRMS) to make payments and view invoices and project details.
This page has multiple sections described in more detail below.

Global Navigation
The Global Navigation contains the links listed in the table below:

| Home | Opens the Portal Overview page._ |
| DTSC | Navigates user to https://dtsc.ca.gov/. |
| Help | Opens a help page describing the page the user is on. |

Log In
The Log In section contains the fields listed in the table below:

| Username | User-defined log-in credential for Username. |
| Password | User-defined log-in credential for Password. |
| Button – Log In | Uses the entered credentials to log in to the user's account. |
| Forget Username/Password –Link | Takes the user to the account recovery page. |
| Register – Link | Take the user to the registration page. |
